Job content
- Onboarding of the new subsidiaries on day one of the acquisition
- Interact with Subsidiary Finance and Technical contacts, Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to deliver payroll integration
- Lead the efficient delivery of large, complex payroll integration projects
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
- Communicate with the stakeholders to deliver high quality payroll solutions
- Risks assessment and escalation management
Language requirements
English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- 5+ years of Program Management experience in a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related financial fields
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving orientation
- Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus
