We are looking for Sales Admin Support for European Sales team

For our client, European multinational company providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, we are looking for Sales Admin Support with fluent English.
Your daily duties:

• support Sales team in (mainly) Europe & (also) USA (sales admin work, sending offer documents to client, arrange internal meetings)
• process orders using SAP, Oracle, Box, and Salesforce BridgeFrontOffice
• organize order handover meetings (Sales, Project Management and the Factory)
• manage customer e-procurement portals and distribute RFQs
• support Tendering and Sales team with Box and BridgeFrontOffice
• support & fill Pre-Qualification Questionnaires from Client, support NDA & send to client
• collect information documents from other departments (Quality, Operation, Finance & Legal) to complete customer questionnaires
• support for Nuclear Power Project Team (5%) for New Orders & communication to client
• sending documents via DHL, UPS, and other carriers
Your job duties will also include:

• make a complete Offer from Configurator based on Client Inquiry
• participate in project handover meetings and project review cycle to analyze financial performance
• self-training on existing and new products of the Gutor Portfolio, training for other department & new Sales
• support company’s improving efficiency and effectiveness

Our client is an international company operating in the areas of electricity distribution, industrial automation and control, building automation and safety, installation systems and control (home wiring + smart buildings), electricity backup and cooling, solutions for renewable energy sources.
Requirements for the employee - Candidates with education suit the position:

• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Educational Specialization: Sales, Business Administration
Language skills: English - Advanced (C1)
Number of years of experience: 2 in Sales, Business Administration
Personality requirements and skills:

• fluent English is a MUST
• German is advantageous, Spanish and/or French is nice to have
• Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Box drive
• experience in SAP
• experience in Oracle is advantageous
• open for new tools to work with (SAP, BFO, Siebel & Oracle support)
• proactive with can-do attitude
• analytical mind able to solve problems
• work remotely and without direct supervision
