Human Resources Expert for OMV Slovakia (part-time job)

We are looking for HR Expert for our client, OMV Slovakia, a major global producer of oil and natural gas and innovative energy solutions for the petrochemical industry.
Your job duties will include:

• Employee lifecycle coordination, onboarding and offboarding process management
• New employee orientation, training and guidance
• HR administration (employee contracts, supporting documents, recruitment documents, etc.), HR database management
• Payroll support (checking correctness of payroll and on-time payments to employees)
• Salary increase process coordination
• Active cooperation on HR processes, process improvements, change management
• Preparation of assignment for HR tenders
• HR guidelines and company policies preparation
• Company benefits administration, medical checks management
• Company car administration
• Cooperation on HR budgeting
• Communication with recruitment agencies
• Presentations
• HR reporting

Requirements for the employee - Candidates with education suit the position:

• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Educational Specialization: Human Resources, Economics
Language skills: English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1)
Number of years of experience in HR: 3
Personality requirements and skills:

• At least 3-year experience in HR on a similar position (internal HR in SSC is huge advantage)
• Fluent Hungarian is a MUST
• Communicative level of English and Slovak is a MUST
• Knowledge of Hungarian Labor Code
▪ Practical experience in the design and implementation of the new HR process improvements
▪ Knowledge of HR processes, HR employment trends, local labour market and competitors
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• User level of SAP is advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
▪ Analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Employee-oriented mindset
